District ₹50 State ₹100 Arbiters Included Player Search
HPSCA system includes registration + live player database search for transparency and tournament tracking.
Players register online with ₹50 fee. District ID is generated after successful registration.
After district verification, data is auto-fetched into state system. Players must pay ₹100 to complete HPSCA registration.
Arbiters register through the same system as players. Role is assigned after verification.
Himachal Pradesh State Chess Association(HPSCA) came into existence on dated 24th July 2007 when it was registered with Regn. No. 26/2007 by its founder members. The President, General Secretary and Cashier at that time were Sh. Sandeep Sharma, Sh. Ashok Bhardwaj and Late Sh. P.S. Khachi.
